State of OUR Real Estate Market…. Our market continues to thrive and it upward trend in regards to sales volume. Only properties in good condition, and priced right will sell in today’s buyer market.

 I was recently asked, ”If that is the case, then why has my property not sold?"  I replied, "I am glad you asked me that. Before I answer your question, let me ask you something. If you bought a stock last year and that stock was worth $49/share and today you need to sell that same stock and it is now worth $32/share, what could we sell if at? Thirty – two dollars is right! So, to answer your question, why has my property not sold? I can sum it up in one word, PRICE!!!"
