The next HOA town hall meeting will be Thursday, February 25 at 6 p.m. at the Clubhouse.  We encourage all residents to attend and bring issues that you would like the Board to consider.

Future of Estero Forum March 11

On Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 6 p.m. Mike Maloney,  chairman Vote Estero, and Don Eslick, Chairman Estero Council of Community Leaders will speak to the residents of Grandezza regarding the incorporation of Estero.   They will be allocated 10 minutes for presentations and 5 minutes for rebuttal,  and will then address your questions for 30-45 minutes.

In addition, Don Eslick will present a case for Grandezza’s support of the Mine Defense Fund.  There are currently 8 applications for mining down Corkscrew Road.  Our neighboring communities have all contributed to this fund.

The meeting will be held at the Grandezza Clubhouse . Please plan to attend to learn more about these important community issues and how they might impact you and your property values.  Market Reports

Reminder to please lock your doors and set alarms

Our surrounding communities have been been experiencing burglaries and recently a home in Santa Lucia was a target.  Please secure your valuables and remember to set your alarms.   If an event occurs and the alarms are set, authorities have a much better chance of apprehending the intruder.  Watch for alerts from your Neighborhood Watch Coordinators.   If you are not receiving these alerts, please let your coordinator know.
