Inventory dropped 38% in Grandezza from Jan 09′ to Dec 09. Many sellers with unrealistic pricing took properties off the market and with strong sales starting in April. Inventory began to decline at a steady rate. Grandezza produced a remarkable 50 sales in 2009.
